HyXen affiliate, AdLocus works with third party apps and The Company’s app to provide mobile advertising service. To protect user’s privacy rights, all advertisement (hereinafter refer as ads) will follow following three principals:

• Information transparency- we provide detail information on our advertising policy and actual operation.
• Your decision – We provide platform for you to manage your advertising campaigns.
• Do not collect personal identifiers – We do not collect nor personal information without user’s permission.

【Hashing】

We decided a hashing technology on client app. When user uses an app, it can possibly pass its device identifier number to us. Device identifier is static and usually cannot be changed. We hash your device identifier to protect your privacy. In order to provide your more relevant information, we will use your hashed in-app activities information.

【Technology data】

We also collect signal data on client app. Signal data includes telecom service provide information, WiFi information and MAC address.

【Ads preference】

我Our mission is to deliver ads according to user’s preference. According to user’s in app activities, we categorized user’s hashed personal data. We deliver relevant information to users. We do not categorize user by ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation, health or financial background. User can change ads preference in app anytime, and we honor preference.

You can set your preference, we can deliver information that is more relevant. If you wish not to receive any more information from us, you can disable it in app. We will no longer use your hashed personal data nor signal data.

【Option】

If you choose not to provide preference, we will not use your hashed data for advertising purposes, and you will not receive relevant ads. If you want to see the ads again, you can set your preference, we will use your data to deliver related ads.

【Data collection】

AdLocus is HyXen’s affiliate provides mobile advertising service. You will register an account when using the service. During registration, you may provide, but not limit to, name, account name, password, address, company name, phone number, e-mail, bank information, credit card information, etc.

【Data use】

Collected data are used:

• Account/password ：to identify user when log in.
• Contact info (such as phone number, email, mobile phone number) ：to verify user, to contact, to communicate.
• Bank/Credit card information：we do not link bank/credit card information to your account unless you want to link them together -information will store in secure third party when you link bank/credit card information to an account. You will not need to re-enter bank/credit card info when you need to use account service.
• Others：use for marketing purpose. To fulfill your advertising service

【Information update】

You can update your information anytime after you log into your account. Inform us if you find any abnormal activities in your account. Not up to date information might cause incomplete service. We might occasionally request you for update information to maintain your account.

【Information security】

To prevent your information from unauthorized use, we take follow action to protect your information:

• We hashed, OTP, etc encryption technology when receiving and sending your information. But we are limited control over internet, therefore cannot guarantee safety during internet service provider transaction.
• We suggest to use anti-virus software, make sure someone manage and maintain computer’s security.
• We suggest to install and set up security management system.
• Please keep your account information safely. Do not share your password to others. Log out your account after you finished your service.
• If you use a shared device or public device, please log out and close the browser.
• You will be responsible for your account log-in information.

【Information disclosure】

We do not disclosure your information to other parties without your permission. As stated in privacy policy, we might disclose your information in following situations with your permission:

• Disclose to affiliates or our representatives from authorized third party.
• Disclose to legal regulation or authorized department.
